Once your earnings from the Truehost Affiliate program matures, you can request withdrawal.

There are two things you need to note about affiliate withdrawals:

• You can choose to have the amount withdrawn to your client area as credit for use.
• You can also have the amount sent to your bank account, Paypal or MPESA(for Kenyan clients only)
• The minimum amount you should have to request withdrawal is as follows:
  – KES2000 or USD20 for affiliate program at truehost.co.ke
  – NGN8000 or USD20 for affiliate program at truehost.com.ng
  – R350 or USD20 for affiliate program at truehost.co.za

To request withdrawal,

1.Login to your client area

2.Click the Affiliates tab

2.A dashboard will appear where you can monitor your Clicks, Signups and Conversions. You should click the Request Withdrawal button to request your amount.

A ticket will be opened with your request. Our Billing Team will process the payment to your preferred account and update your ticket. A response will then be sent to your email.
