DNS Tab in plesk Admin Panel

After registering your domain,plesk requires you to ensure that the name and its content points to Plesk servers. Domain Name Servers hosts a website for registered domains. One a domain is registered the DNS zone file is registered automatically. The permission to create/ remove DNS records is only provided by your hosting provider. Plesk DNS tab permits the user control to serve other domains as the main server . The DNS tab provides a room for making changes to the default settings. DNS settings are only defaults and can be changed/managed to master type.
