How to Fix Invalid Session issue in CWP

You may log into your CWP dashboard and then, in a matter of seconds, find yourself logged out. There is an “Invalid Session” text on the side panel that appears as soon as you log in.

Different Session IDs

CWP uses session IDs, which are unique codes, to grant access to the dashboard. The session IDs are in the format

You may get logged out of your sessions if you have multiple tabs or windows open with different session IDs.

Ensure that all CWP dashboard tabs have the same session ID.

IP Change

Your session ID will change if your IP address changes when you log in.

Make sure to use a static IP for your network or a VPN to access the dashboard.

You can use either a browser-only VPN (VPN extension) or a system-wide VPN to ensure you have a static IP.
