CO.UK and .UK domain transfers

The process for transferring .CO.UK, .ORG.UK, and .UK domains differ slightly from typical domain transfers. Instead of following the usual transfer code procedure, these domains employ IPS Tags for the transfer process.

To initiate the transfer, your first step is to contact your current registrar and request a change of the domain’s IPS Tag to “Our IPS Tag.” To obtain this tag, kindly open a support ticket by emailing us at [email protected].

Once the IPS Tag has been updated by your registrar, please notify us through a support ticket, providing the domain name you’re transferring. This will allow us to complete the transfer and allocate the domain to your account.

Please be aware that there is a charge for transferring .CO.UK, .ORG.UK, and .UK domains; however, the transferred amount will be applied toward the domain name’s renewal.

For transfers away from us (TrueHost), kindly inquire with your current registrar to obtain their IPS tag. Afterward, submit a support ticket with your domain name and IPS tag details, enabling us to facilitate the necessary change for you.
