This is a guide on payment completion and subsequent provision of service. This does not provide specific payment methods, payment methods are usually specific for every website and country- see for Kenya.
After completion of order. Please note an invoice has been sent to your email address.
Further Payment processing will be completed from the invoice.
In case you cannot trace the email in your mail box, please check in the spam folder.
As soon you see your email, click to open.

Click the autologin link to open the invoice.

Its possible you will be redirected to the login page.
Proceed to login to your client area.
Click on the Invoices tab to reveal all your invoices.

Click on the particular invoice to open it.
The Invoice will have an option to select your preferred payment method.

Truehost supports several payment methods including
- Mobile Money
- Mpesa
- Paypal
- Bank Transfer
- Debit and Credit cards
After selecting the payment method, the particular payment method will provide payment steps to follow.
Check-out gateways like Paypal, Debit and Credit Cards, Stripe will provide a ‘Check out’ or ‘Pay Now’ button to redirect you to the payment gateway websites to make the payment.

Transactions on the Check-out gateways are validated automatically – no further action is required on your end.
Non-checkout gateways like Mpesa and Bank Transfer will provide the account/ steps on how to make the payments.

Incase you have used Mpesa, please provide the Mpesa Transaction ID as proof of payment on the invoice

This will add and validate the transaction to your invoice.
Validation of payment is also supported on the chat platform
Paste the SMS receipt on the chat or the receipt screenshot and payment will be validated automatically .

(Works 70% of time)
Incase automatic payment validation does not work, human intervention will be required to validate the payment and provision the service. This might lead to delays of up to 24 hours.
To fast track the manual validation of payment and service provision, please forward the proof of payment and invoice number to [email protected]
A billing ticket will be open and eventually resolved with 8 hours.
We highly recommend (where possible) the use of checkout gateways like Paypal, Debit and Credit Cards, DPO, Flutterwave, Stripe, iPay, Mpesa Checkout for fast provision of services.
