After Purchasing a bundle of cloudoon email accounts, Only the main email account is set up by the truehost team. This article explains how you will set up the rest of the email accounts
- Log in to the Main Email Account
- Navigate to the Domain settings
3. Navigate to accounts
4. Add New Email account
5. Fill in the Username and the Password. Make sure the password meets the minimum requirements described. And save
6. Allocate space to the email account and set the timezone.
7 Leave the rest as default and save.
8. Use the link sm1.cloudoon.com and the details you used to log in to the new email account.
ihey just registerd for an email but cant login to Cloudoon but recieved a message with my logins my email domain plus a password but still cloudoon wont let me inhelp
