1.Login to your Cpanel
2. Go to Software section and click MultiPHP INI Editor

3.From the drop down labelled –Select a location– do one of the following:
Select Home Directory to set setting for the entire account
Or
Select ‘your domain’ to set configuration for the files under the domain’s root directory only

4. From the form that appears, make the changes you need then click Apply
This will generate a php.ini file in the respective directory with the setting set. The same settings will also be added on your .htaccess file and .user.ini
