Steps
Step 1. Login to your workplace Email.
Step 2. Access Drive Storage.
Create a Folder you intend to share.

On your left, click on the Folder created and click on the 3 dots.
Then click on share permissions.

Provide the email address of the guest and also adjust permissions as needed.
Then click SAVE.
An email will be sent to the guest automatically with the invitation.
