Yes, you can move a Hosting Service or domain or other Services you have from one Truehost Account to another Truehost Account. To do this, you must contact Truehost support and request a transfer.
Requirements:
Step 1: Ensure to create the new account you intend to move your domain or services to. #
Step 2: Reach out to support via email “[email protected]” requesting for Transfer of Ownership from your account to a new account. #
The request must be made using the current registrant email address.
The transfer request must contain the following
a) The email address of the new account (where domain or services are to be moved to)
b) The items to be moved to the new account (Email service, Domain name, SSL service, Hosting service etc)
Step 3: Wait for confirmation from support upon completion. #
NOTE: If the service or domain you intend to transfer is hosted at say, truehost Kenya (truehost.co.ke), the transfer cannot be done to say truehost Nigeria (truehost.com.ng)
Both accounts must be within the same platform.
