Truehost cPanel has a built-in backup tool that enables the user to safely manage his files and emails in the website in case new changes are introduced. The user just downloads his /her files. All client users should have a backup off the server.
The steps below guides you on how to create a backup
1.Login to cPanel
2.Under Files section, click Backup
3.Click Download a Full Account Backup button
4. You can add an email so you are notified once backup is completed.
