How to repair email settings on Mac device

1. Go to applications and select Mail

2. Proceed to mail and click about Mail

3.  On new window that opens select Accounts as below

4. Select server settings fill in details provided for incoming mail server and outgoing mail server as below

Fill in username as your email address you are repairing

Password as the  repairing email address password

Hostname is the mail server url provided such mail.yourdomainname

5.Click save to update settings you have used.

A successful message notification appears and email is ready for use.
