Some times, you want to receive messages on different emails when they are sent to a specific one. Eg When an email is sent to [email protected], you want a copy received at [email protected]

One way to do this is to by using forwarders. But forwarders do not retain a copy of the email sent in the original recipient mailbox. They send it to the forwarded account

To receive emails on both the original recipient and other accounts, you need to use Filters. You can create a Filter to send a copy of email to a different account in cPanel by using the guide below.

1. Login to Webmail using Roundcube

2. Go to Settings>>Filters

3.Click Create Filter icon

4. Select a Filter Name

5. Under Scope, select all messages

6. Under Actions, click Send Message Copy to then enter the email you want messages forwarded to

You can add more emails if you want several emails to receive copies of the email by clicking the + sign

5. Click Save
