- Login to your reseller account using Whm url such www.truehostreseller.com/whm (where truehostresseller.com is your reseller hosting’s main domain name)
2. Search for List accounts to view all domains in your reseller
3. Under search for enter the domain name whose password you wish to change and click find
4. Click plus sign on the listed domain to view more actions such as change password, change contact email and suspend account .
5. Under change password, enter a new password and click Change.
6. Share the new password with the account owner.
Changing hosting password using Whmcs billing software
- Login in as administrator on your portal.
- Under search use the domain name or client’s email address to see the specific product.
- Click products and services
- Enter the new password and click save.
- Click change password to update new password.
- Under more, select resend welcome email
- Now the new password will be sent to the account email provided on the client contact section.
