Application Vault – in Plesk

Vault application is a repository that allows addition of Applications from the web in an APS format through installation. It also manages those applications in a way that they can be updated for more features and also if the download was not effective it can be removed by clearing the vault cache. Applications can only be removed by the installation owners.

Some applications may require administrator configuration before installation, if they would affect some features of plesk. In such a case he must give a password to the users for them to be able to successfully install the Application. Users cannot make any changes to such installations.

When the vault is opened and shows zero number of installations, it only means that customers have not been able to add more applications. To view application vault;

• log in to plesk
• click on tools and utilities
• There are several tools and application vault is one of them
