Remember that this only applies to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. User(s) In the same company using more than one email in WHMCS. That is a user(s) with more than one email account on Truehost Kenya<\/a>. Truehost Kenya and Truehost Nigeria are two different companies therefore this transfer isn\u2019t applicable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. User(s) who want all services under one email address or if they wish to close one of the accounts that have existing services.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Please note that expired domains can’t be transferred; they must be active.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    If that\u2019s the case, here is how to proceed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Write an email request to support@truehost.cloud using the email account with the user\u2019s email and cc the email address to which the services are being moved to.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Upon approval by the user, the support team will work on it. Once complete you will receive an email confirmation. Upon rejection, you\u2019ll receive an email too.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
