Step one.<\/strong><\/p>\n Login to cpanel and create the desired email address eg yourname@your domainname.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n Step two<\/strong><\/p>\n On the start button search for the Microsoft outlook and click it.<\/p>\n Step three<\/strong><\/p>\n On the main menu, click the file tab.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n Step four<\/strong><\/p>\n Click add account<\/em> <\/strong><\/p>\n Step five<\/strong><\/p>\n There are two options to choose from, ie<\/p>\n -email account<\/p>\n -manual setup or additional server type<\/p>\n Choose the second option ie manual setup or additional server type.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n Step six<\/strong><\/p>\n Choose the 3rd<\/sup> option ie POP and IMAP.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n Step seven<\/strong><\/p>\n Click next and fill in the fields<\/p>\n Name<\/strong>: your name eg simon<\/em><\/p>\n Email address<\/strong>: enter the email your created in the cpanel.eg yourname@domainname<\/em>.<\/p>\n Incoming mail server<\/strong>: enter mail.yourdomainname<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n Outgoing mail server(smtp<\/strong>): enter mail.yourdomainname<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n Username:<\/strong> enter your full email as it appears in the cpanel eg yourname@domainname<\/em>.<\/p>\n Password:<\/strong> enter your email password.<\/p>\n Check the remember checkbox<\/p>\n Step 8<\/strong><\/p>\n On the same page,click more settings<\/strong><\/p>\n Step 9<\/strong><\/p>\n Click on the outgoing server and ensure the checkbox (my outgoing server (smtp)<\/em> requires authentication is check<\/p>\n Step 10<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Then click advanced tab and confirm that<\/p>\n Incoming server (POP3)=110<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n Outgoing server (SMTP)=25<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n Nb: leave the rest as they are.<\/p>\n Step 11<\/strong><\/p>\n Click ok and finish.<\/p>\n A test mail will be sent to confirm your email is up and running.<\/p>\n Enjoy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" It\u2019s a simple process that will take just less than 5 minutes.
