After some time, the developer and I
parted ways (or the employee is no longer with us) and I now need the services
under my account.
How do I go about it according to your policies?
The developer (employee) needs to request the transfer of the service to your email
address. He\/she has to do it using their registered email address. However, if they are
not agreeing to do so, you can send the request email yourself, but you will have to
copy the developer and explain everything that is happening so that it’s transparent
to all 3 parties (you, the developer, and us).
