This tutorial is meant to help you able to manage and raise support tickets on Truehost client area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.Login to the client area using your registered email and password.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.Click Support<\/strong> tab and click Tickets<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.Click Submit Ticket<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.Choose a department, either billing or technical tickets depending with your need.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Billing Support:<\/strong> includes all payment related issues<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Technical Support:<\/strong> includes all issues related to technicalities around domain registrations, dns, hosting, emails etc.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.In the next window, fill in the required fields i.e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Name: your name [This is auto filled]<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Email address: your email address, <\/em>[This is auto filled]<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Subject: the title of your message, must be brief<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Priority: choose low. Medium or high to determine the level of urgency<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Message: the message itself. Type in as much details as possible. Copy paste error messages, upload screenshots etc so that the ticket is resolved as fast as possible.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Attachments: any screenshot or attachment to support your message.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6.Hit submit button and you\u2019ll be done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
