Sending Mails from Gmail<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

1. Login to Gmail<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. On the top left Corner, click Settings icon<\/strong> then See All Settings<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Click Accounts and Imports<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Under Send Mail As<\/strong> section, click Add another email address<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. On the page that appears, enter your Name<\/strong> and the email<\/strong> address you want to configure then click Next. eg Name: Truehost Cloud<\/strong>, Email: support@truehost.cloud<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. On the next page, fill in the details as follows: Assume my domain is called truehost.cloud<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

SMTP Server<\/strong>: mail.truehost.cloud (replace with your domain name)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Username<\/strong>: support@truehost.cloud (replace with your email address)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Password<\/strong>: email password<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Select the option below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Port<\/strong>: 587<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Then click Add Account<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will then receive a verification code  from Google on your email address, in my case support@truehost.cloud. Check your email for the code and Copy-Paste it on the dialog box<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once done, you can now move to the section below<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Receiving Mail to Gmail Address.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To receive your mails to your Gmail<\/strong> account, follow the steps below<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1.Follow steps 1 to 3 above.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Click on Check mail from other accounts<\/strong> then Add a mail account<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.Enter your email address and click Next<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.Select Import emails from my other account (POP3)<\/strong> as shown below then click Next<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. Enter the details as below<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Username<\/strong>: Full email address eg support@truehost.cloud<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Password<\/strong>: password to the email<\/p>\n\n\n\n

POP Server: <\/strong>mail.truehost.cloud (replace with your domain)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Port<\/strong>: 110<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Select the option Leave a copy of retrieved message<\/strong> on the server and Label incoming messages<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Click Next<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
