Please contact the server administrator.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"555\" height=\"187\" src=\"https:\/\/truehost.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/image-15.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18352\" srcset=\"https:\/\/truehost.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/image-15.png 555w, https:\/\/truehost.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/image-15-300x101.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 555px) 100vw, 555px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The error can occur if you add RDP rules on your server that end blocking accessing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you modified Group Policy settings related to Remote Desktop Services (RDS),  it could cause the RDSH server to lose its connection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To resolve, you would need to disable or remove the rules preventing the access. This will require access to the server by following the steps below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>STEPS:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Step I: On your computer, open Powershell and run the command below.<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><code>mstsc \/admin<\/code><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A window will open prompting you to enter your.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
