That is what stores email data<br><strong>Step A. <\/strong>If you want to move all emails, then right click on the <strong>mails<\/strong> directory, and click on <strong>Compress<\/strong>. Other than than compressing the <strong>mail<\/strong> directory.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step C<\/strong>: Proceed and compress the <strong>etc<\/strong> directory, also found in <strong>File Manager.<\/strong> Do this, if you compressed the entire mail folder in the above step. You need to uplaod the files, to same locations, on the new server<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Log in to the cpanel of the destination server<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-style-zoooom\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"656\" height=\"339\" src=\"https:\/\/truehost.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/image-22.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18034\" srcset=\"https:\/\/truehost.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/image-22.png 656w, https:\/\/truehost.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/image-22-300x155.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 656px) 100vw, 656px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Navigate to <strong>Files >> File Manager<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-style-zoooom\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"741\" height=\"237\" src=\"https:\/\/truehost.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/image-23.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18035\" srcset=\"https:\/\/truehost.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/image-23.png 741w, https:\/\/truehost.com\/support\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/image-23-300x96.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 741px) 100vw, 741px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Note here, you will uplaod the files that you downloaded to the same locations that they were, but now on the new server. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Part 1:<\/strong> If you compressed <strong>mail<\/strong> and <strong>etc<\/strong> directories in the source server&#8217;s file manager, then upload their compressed files to same location, on the new server, otherwise jump to <strong>Part 2 <\/strong>below. Note that upload speed will vary depending on the size of the file and your internet speed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Part 2<\/strong>: Same case, if you had compressed a particular domain&#8217;s folder in <strong>mail<\/strong> and in <strong>etc<\/strong> of the source server then uplaod them in same locations on the new server. This is what I did, and so I will access etc folder of the destination server and uplaod there, a file that I compressed from etc of the source server.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image
