Truehost Cloud provides an easy way to enable rescue mode from the client area, allowing you to troubleshoot and fix issues without needing physical access to the server<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prerequisites:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>An active Tcloud VPS hosted with <strong>Truehost Cloud<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Access to your <strong>Truehost Cloud Client Area<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A basic understanding of troubleshooting and recovery via SSH or the console.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Steps to Reinstall Your VPS OS:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Please be guided bellow&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Step 1: Log in to the Truehost Cloud Client Area<\/strong> <\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Login using the login details that you set when sign up. If you have forgotten them, please contact our <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/wa.me\/19726743814\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">support team<\/a><\/strong> for help.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 2 : Access the VPS Management Section<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once logged in, go to <strong>Services<\/strong> from the main scroll down to find the <strong>Virtualizor Mini Panel<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sometimes the panel could take up to 2 minutes to display<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>From the various functions on the panel locate the <strong><strong>Rescue Mode<\/strong><\/strong> option. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Input the same password, in the two slots.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 5: Confirm the Reinstallation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once you have input the passwords,  click on <strong>Enable Rescue Mode<\/strong> button<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will see a pop up telling you that the process to set the VPS to rescue mode has been started in the background.
