If you have forgotten them, please contact our <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/wa.me\/19726743814\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">support team<\/a><\/strong> for help.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 2 : Access the VPS Management Section<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once logged in, go to <strong>Services<\/strong> from the main dashboard.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on <strong>My Services<\/strong> to view your active services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-zoooom\"><img loading=\"lazy\" scroll down to find the <strong>Virtualizor Mini Panel<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sometimes the panel could take up to 2 minutes to display<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image check through various one-click functions given on the panel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Step 4: Navigate to the VNC Option<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>From the various functions on the panel locate the <strong>VNC Option<\/strong>, option, as shown in the image below<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-style-zoooom\"><img (max-width: 602px) 100vw, 602px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on Launch HTML  VNC Client<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A VNC viewer will launch on a new window, asking you to input  VNC login in credentials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-style-zoooom\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"789\" height=\"442\" that window, you will need to input your SSH username Use <strong>root<\/strong>, then it <strong>Enter<\/strong> <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Also input the root password. and hit <strong>Enter<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you do not know the root password, reset it with <a href=\"https:\/\/truehost.com\/support\/knowledge-base\/how-to-change-vps-password-from-truehost-client-area\/\"><strong>these<\/strong><\/a> steps. Note that when inputting the password, you will not see the cursor or typing indicator.
