To configure Cloudoon mail to send from Gmail, follow the steps below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Login to Gmail and go to Settings>>Accounts and Import<\/strong><\/li>
  2. Under Send Mail<\/strong> as section, click Add another email address<\/strong><\/li>
  3. Use the following details<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Name: Your name<\/strong>
    Email: Your full email eg info@domain.com<\/strong>
    SMTP Server: sm1.cloudoon.com<\/strong>
    Username: Your full email eg info@domain.com<\/strong>
    Password: Password of the email above<\/strong>
    Port: 587<\/strong>
    Select Secured connection using TLS (recommended)<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    A verification code will be sent to your email to complete verification. Please access the email and copy paste the code on the dialog box given. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    To configure Cloudoon mail to receive mails from Gmail, use either of the following methods<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Method 1 (Mail Forwarding)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n


    With this method, your emails will be received on gmail faster. We thus recommend this method.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Log in to Cloudoon.<\/strong>
    2.Click the Settings icon.<\/strong>
    4.Click Account<\/strong> on your left side pane.
    5.Scroll down until you see the Forwarding<\/strong> tab.
    6.In the Forwarding Address<\/strong> field, type the Gmail address you want messages to forward to. If forwarding to multiple email addresses, separate address with a comma.
    If you want the messages deleted from your Cloudoon account once they have been forwarded, select the Delete messages when forward checkbox.
    7.Click Save.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Method 2 (POP3\/IMAP fetching)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n


    With this method, your emails may take time to be fetched by Gmail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Login to Gmail and go to Settings>>Accounts<\/strong> and Import<\/strong><\/li>
    2. Under Check email from other account<\/strong>s as section, click Add an email account<\/strong><\/li>
    3. Add your email address
      Email address: Your email address eg info@domain.com<\/strong><\/li>
    4. Click Import emails<\/strong> from my other account (POP3) then Next<\/strong><\/li>
    5. Use the details below<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Username: Your full email address eg info@domain.com<\/strong>
      Password: Password for that email<\/strong>
      POP Server: sm1.cloudoon.com<\/strong>
      Port: 110<\/strong>
